Pure goodness in a jar, our honey is produced from a variety of floral nectar sources indigenous to the farm, as well as from our litchi orchards when they are in flower. Availability is therefore limited, but so worth the wait!
Use as an alternative to sugar, stir in to tea or porridge, spread on toast or serve with yoghurt. Or indulge yourself and simply savour a spoonful straight out of the jar. Your taste of the sweet life!

Honey varies greatly in colour, flavour and consistency, depending on the blossoms from which the bees have gathered their nectar. Honey in its natural form will crystalise. To de-crystalise, place in a jar with warm water for a few minutes.
